Established end-to-end logistics chains for multiple commodities as a strategic service function for Adani Enterprises.
Founding Head of Operations at Mundra Port, leading operational setup, talent acquisition, infrastructure planning, and techno-commercial structuring during its formative years.
Planned, designed, and built India’s first private iron ore export terminal at Belekeri.
Built and operated the world’s largest floating transshipment platform for iron ore.
Surveyed and developed greenfield logistics chains for bulk mineral assets across multiple countries.
Built and operationalized specialised marine fleets including harbour tugs, self-unloading barges, floating cranes, and support vessels.
